Insurance Coverage Through The Lactation Network
Wise Nesting partners with The Lactation Network (TLN) to provide insurance-covered lactation care for eligible families with participating plans through United Healthcare, Imagine Health, MultiPlan, Velocity, PNOA, Optum VA CCN, and Curative.
If you have Aetna or another insurance plan, please contact me to discuss your coverage options.
Coverage varies by plan. I'll be happy to help check your eligibility and confirm whether your insurance is accepted before scheduling your consultation.

Self-pay rates are available, and I'll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
In-Home & In-Office Consultations
Initial Consultation — $250
Up to 90 minutes
Follow-Up Consultation — $200
Up to 90 minutes
In-home visits are available throughout Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas. Travel within our standard service area is included. In-office consultations are also available by appointment at our Delray Beach office.

VIRTUAL Consultations
Virtual Consultations — $100

Virtual consultations are available when remote support is appropriate for your specific needs
